Estridge Homes in West Lafayette, Indiana is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to guide buyers from their first visit through contract, delivering memorable experiences.

You will build lasting client relationships, showcase unique neighborhoods and home designs, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and construction to ensure a smooth, customer-first journey while maintaining an active CRM-driven pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in real estate, homebuilding, or hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to guide buyers through emotional purchase decisions.
• Proficient in CRM and disciplined pipeline management.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong, lasting relationships with prospective buyers, guiding them through “The Estridge Way” — from first visit to contract


• Showcase the unique value of Estridge neighborhoods, home designs, and lifestyle offerings


• Partner with marketing to drive community traffic, support events, and amplify brand presence


• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Design, and Construction to deliver a seamless customer experience


• Maintain and nurture your sales pipeline through CRM tools and industry-leading prospecting


• Represent the Estridge brand with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in real estate, homebuilding, or hospitality industry
