Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in real estate, homebuilding, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a relationship-first mindset.
• Proficient in CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with prospective buyers from first visit to contract.
• Showcase Estridge neighborhoods, home designs, and lifestyle offerings.
