Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide buyers from initial engagement to closing at Lennar communities in California. You will drive sales through proactive prospecting, referrals, and thorough follow-through with customers, ensuring a smooth experience.

Role requires 1–3 years in new home sales or related field, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. In-person presence at model homes and communities is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads, using the 10-5-2-1 selling approach.
