Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support community sales by welcoming visitors, guiding tours, and coordinating with the mortgage team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining CRM data, preparing sales materials, assisting with events, and coordinating with multiple departments to deliver professional service at our Phoenix communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Basic familiarity with customer service or administrative work.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support preferred.
• CRM systems exposure helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with initial customer interactions.
• Support Community Sales Consultants during tours and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and tracking information.
• Prepare model homes and marketing materials.
• Assist with onsite events and promotional activities.
• Handle administrative tasks including contracts and paperwork.
• Coordinate with mortgage team for smooth customer experience.
