Job summary

UnionMain Homes, LLC is seeking Part-time Sales Associates to cover on-site offices in Atlanta. You will build rapport with buyers, determine housing needs, demonstrate homes, and drive conversions through proactive follow-up.

The role includes promoting our lender partners and ensuring digital registrations. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and strong CRM and MS Office skills, with experience in online and in-person sales support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with internet, email, and sales CRM.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, Excel, Outlook, CRM management.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with prospective buyers and determine housing needs and interests.
• Demonstrate model home and inventory homes and lots based on prospect’s needs.
• Follow up with potential buyers to convert to sales; prospect and develop referral contacts.
• Present the value of using our preferred lender and achieve the lender capture rate goal.
• Ensure that all prospects fill out a digital registration.
• Host and attend realtor events; coordinate model home openings and referral events.
• Provide same-day responses to online inquiries and convert to on-site appointments.

Job description

Sales Associates:

• Part Time hours. Can discuss more during the interview process.
• Provide on-site coverage at our sales offices in ATL.
• Build rapport with prospective buyers, determine buyers’ housing needs and interests, demonstrate our model home and/or inventory homes and lots based on the prospect’s needs.
• Follow up with all potential buyers in order to convert to sales; prospect and develop referral contacts.
• Present the value of using our preferred lender and achieve the preferred lender capture rate goal.
• Ensure that all prospects fill out a digital registration.
• Host and attend realtor events; coordinate events such as model home grand openings and referral events.

Online Portion:

• Provide same day, immediate email/phone response to all UnionMain website, digital advertising, and 3rd party sources.
• Respond quickly to "Live Chat" inquiries and convert to on-site appointments.
• Qualify leads and follow up multiple times with prospects until an appointment is made to meet with an on-site Salesperson.
• Maintain a toll-free number and voicemail for leads.
• There is a bonus program associated with set and kept appointments.

Qualifications:
