Job summary

UnionMain Homes in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking part-time Sales Associates to cover on-site sales offices, including Waxahachie (Myrtle Creek). You will build rapport with buyers, determine housing needs, demonstrate homes, and drive digital registrations while supporting online channels for rapid lead conversion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Advanced internet, email, and sales contact CRM experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and CRM management.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with prospective buyers, determine housing needs and interests, and demonstrate model homes and inventory.
• Follow up with all potential buyers to convert to sales; develop referrals.
• Present the value of using our preferred lender and achieve the lender capture rate goal.
• Ensure that all prospects fill out a digital registration.
• Host and attend realtor events; coordinate model home openings and referral events.
• Online portion: provide same-day responses to UnionMain website inquiries and 3rd party sources.
• Respond quickly to Live Chat inquiries and convert to on-site appointments.
• Qualify leads and follow up multiple times until an appointment is made.
• Maintain a toll-free number and voicemail for leads.

Sales Associates:

• Part Time hours. Can discuss more during the interview process.
• Provide on-site coverage at our sales offices on the Southside of DFW including Waxahachie (Myrtle Creek).
• Build rapport with prospective buyers, determine buyers’ housing needs and interests, demonstrate our model home and/or inventory homes and lots based on the prospect’s needs.
• Follow up with all potential buyers in order to convert to sales; prospect and develop referral contacts.
• Present the value of using our preferred lender and achieve the preferred lender capture rate goal.
• Ensure that all prospects fill out a digital registration.
• Host and attend realtor events; coordinate events such as model home grand openings and referral events.

Online Portion:

• Provide same day, immediate email/phone response to all UnionMain website, digital advertising, and 3rd party sources.
• Respond quickly to "Live Chat" inquiries and convert to on-site appointments.
• Qualify leads and follow up multiple times with prospects until an appointment is made to meet with an on-site Salesperson.
• Maintain a toll-free number and voicemail for leads.
• There is a bonus program associated with set and kept appointments.
