Job summary

UnionMain Homes is seeking part-time Sales Associates to cover on-site sales offices in Atlanta. You will build rapport with prospective buyers, determine housing needs, and demonstrate model homes and inventory.

You will follow up with potential buyers to convert to sales and develop referral contacts. You will present the value of our preferred lender, ensure digital registrations, and support realtor events such as model home openings and referrals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced internet, email, and sales contact CRM experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and CRM management.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site coverage at our sales offices in ATL.
• Build rapport with prospective buyers, determine housing needs and interests, demonstrate our model home and/or inventory homes and lots based on the prospect’s needs.
• Follow up with all potential buyers to convert to sales; prospect and develop referral contacts.
• Present the value of using our preferred lender and achieve the preferred lender capture rate goal.
• Ensure that all prospects fill out a digital registration.
• Host and attend realtor events; coordinate events such as model home grand openings and referral events.
• Respond to Live Chat inquiries and convert to on-site appointments.
• Qualify leads and follow up multiple times with prospects until an appointment is made to meet with an on-site Salesperson.
• Maintain a toll-free number and voicemail for leads.
• There is a bonus program associated with set and kept appointments.
