UnionMain Homes in Atlanta seeks part-time Sales Associates to cover on-site offices and manage online inquiries. You will build rapport with buyers, identify housing needs, and demonstrate our model homes and inventories.

Responsibilities include following up with prospects, coordinating events, and guiding clients through digital registrations while working with a lender program to improve closures. Strong computer and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced internet, email, and sales contact CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with prospective buyers, determine housing needs and interests, demonstrate model home/inventory based on prospect's needs.
• Follow up with potential buyers to convert to sales; develop referral contacts.
• Present the value of using our preferred lender and achieve the lender capture rate goal.
• Ensure that all prospects fill out a digital registration.
• Host and attend realtor events; coordinate model home openings and referral events.
• Provide on-site coverage at sales offices in ATL.
• Respond to inquiries from online sources and convert to on-site appointments.
• Qualify leads and follow up to schedule meetings with on-site Salesperson.
