Job summary

UnionMain Homes, LLC is seeking part-time Sales Associates to support on-site sales offices in Atlanta. You will build rapport with buyers, demonstrate model homes and inventory, and follow up to convert prospects into sales.

The role also covers online responsiveness and lead qualification with a bonus program tied to appointment-setting. Strong CRM and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Advanced internet, email, and sales contact CRM experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and CRM management.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site coverage at our sales offices in ATL and build rapport with prospective buyers.
• Demonstrate model home and/or inventory homes and lots based on prospect needs.
• Follow up with all potential buyers to convert to sales; prospect and develop referral contacts.
• Present the value of using our preferred lender and achieve the preferred lender capture rate goal.
• Ensure that all prospects fill out a digital registration.
• Host and attend realtor events; coordinate events such as model home grand openings and referral events.
• Online portion: respond to website inquiries same day and convert to on-site appointments.
• Qualify leads and follow up until an appointment is made to meet with an on-site Salesperson.
