Job summary

UnionMain Homes is seeking Part-time Sales Associates to cover on-site offices in ATL. You will build rapport with buyers, determine housing needs, demonstrate model homes, and follow up to convert prospects into sales. You will coordinate events and ensure digital registrations.

Strong CRM and MS Office skills are required. Online responsiveness and lead qualification are essential, with a bonus program for achieving set appointments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced internet, email, and sales contact CRM experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and CRM management.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with prospective buyers, determine housing needs and interests, and demonstrate model homes, inventory homes and lots based on the prospect’s needs.
• Follow up with potential buyers to convert to sales; prospect and develop referral contacts.
• Present the value of using our preferred lender and achieve the lender capture rate goal.
• Ensure that all prospects fill out a digital registration.
• Host and attend realtor events; coordinate model home grand openings and referral events.
• Provide same-day, immediate email/phone response to all online inquiries and live chats; convert to on-site appointments.
• Qualify leads and follow up until an appointment is made to meet with an on-site Salesperson.
• Maintain a toll-free number and voicemail for leads.
• There is a bonus program associated with set and kept appointments.

Online Portion:

• Provide same day, immediate email/phone response to all UnionMain website, digital advertising, and 3rd party sources.
• Respond quickly to "Live Chat" inquiries and convert to on-site appointments.
• Qualify leads and follow up multiple times with prospects until an appointment is made to meet with an on-site Salesperson.
• Maintain a toll-free number and voicemail for leads.
• There is a bonus program associated with set and kept appointments.
