Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Sales Consultant to act as the primary sales representative for assigned communities, guiding prospective buyers through the new home selection process and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will conduct tours, discuss options, collaborate with construction, design, and marketing teams, and maintain CRM records to support sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide buyers through home selection and purchase process.
• Conduct community tours, demonstrate model homes and available options.
• Prospect and generate new sales leads through referrals, events, marketing initiatives and online platforms.
• Prepare, review, and process accurate sales contracts and documentation in compliance with company and legal standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead progression and contract activity within CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Construction, Design, Marketing, Transactions) to ensure timely and accurate information for buyers.
• Provide weekly updates to homeowners and Realtors on progress of their home purchase.
