Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a primary sales representative for assigned communities in the Pacific Northwest.

You will guide prospective buyers through the new home selection process and coordinate with sales leadership, construction, design, marketing, and operations to ensure timely information and seamless transactions. Responsibilities include client tours, contract processing, CRM maintenance, and ongoing follow-up to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licensed to sell real estate in Oregon.
• Up to 1 year of experience in home sales, real estate, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience managing customer interactions and completing sales documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective homebuyers through home selection and purchase process.
• Conduct community tours, demonstrate homes and options, answer questions.
• Prospect and generate new sales leads through referrals, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare, review, and process accurate sales contracts and documentation.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, lead progression, and contract activity in CRM.
