Job summary

Meritage Homes in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an Outside Sales Counselor to generate new home sales by leveraging Realtor relationships and buyer leads. You will demonstrate value, close homes, and provide exceptional service throughout the process.

The role involves coordinating with the Closing Department, Mortgage, and Title teams, while maintaining a high standard of presentation across communities and models. Flexible hours, weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Prefer 1 year in new home sales with proven success.
• May require Real Estate license in some states.
• Good computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish sales and customer service goals, and other objectives as determined by your Sales Leader.
• Maintain Realtor relationships to create long-term partnerships and recurring business.
• Connect unrepresented homebuyers to Realtors and guide them through the homebuying process.
• Ensure the look of communities and models is pristine to enhance guest experience during tours.
• Present the Meritage Homes Purchase Agreement professionally, explaining payments, taxes, and HOA rules.
