Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, human resources, communications, or related field and two years of HR/communications experience.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.

• Provide quality professional training and development programs to employees through course design, engaging facilitation, evaluation, effective instructional materials, and adult learning reinforcement strategies.
• Train all new hires on departmental requirements including case management, computer training, policies and procedures.
• Prepare and process a training evaluation sheet on each person prior to probation completion and provide management with recommendations.
• Develop and design training curriculum for new hires.
• Coordinate agency training with county, state, or contracted providers.
• Coordinate with department managers to provide responsive and comprehensive training.
• Represent the agency in training workshops, seminars, and meetings.
• Assist staff with complex case management or problems.
• Maintain classroom equipment and supplies; update curriculum as policies change.
• Attend internal staff meetings and prepare a statistical report on paternity and support establishment.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
