Job summary

The Franklin County Ohio Department of Human Resources is seeking a Support Officer 2 to train and mentor new and existing staff while enforcing and adjusting child support obligations in intrastate and interstate cases. You will lead case coverage during vacancies, direct problem resolution, and advise on improving training methods.

A bachelor's degree in business administration with one year of social work experience, or equivalent experience, is required and background checks are completed.

Qualifications

• Experience training and mentoring staff or peers.
• Ability to review court orders and calculate arrears per policy.
• Good communication with custodial and non-custodial parents.
