Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training curricula for new hires and ongoing staff.
• Coordinate agency training with county/state or contracted providers.
• Coordinate with department managers and supervisors to ensure relevant and consistent training.
• Represent the agency in training workshops, seminars, and meetings.
• Assist staff with complex case management training needs and problems.
• Maintain classroom equipment and supplies; update curricula as policies change.
• Attend internal staff meetings and prepare a statistical report on training activities.
