Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support a best-in-class new hire experience for Brycon-affiliated projects.

You will be the primary contact for new hires, guiding them through pre-employment steps, coordinating with hiring managers, and aligning with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from offer to start date. You will lead new hire orientation, introduce Brycon and HITT's history, culture, and leadership, and help new team members assimilate to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, HR, or related field.
• 1+ years of corporate experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
• Spanish literacy is a plus.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Experience with orientation/onboarding and events management desirable.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first onboarding contact for new hires and managers.
• Guide candidates through pre-employment steps and paperwork.
• Coordinate first-day location details and IT equipment.
• Lead biweekly new-hire orientation programs (in-person/virtual).
• Maintain current content for onboarding materials and tools.
• Capture feedback at key milestones and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Talent Development for onboarding initiatives.
• Support Futures program interview panels, career fairs, and internships.
• Assist with major events coordinated by the Team Member Engagement lead.
