Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an Onboarding HR Associate to coordinate pre-employment requirements, maintain new hire documentation, and support welcoming orientation activities. The role ensures a compliant and positive onboarding experience from offer to first day.

The position requires at least 1 year in administrative or HR-related work; familiarity with HRIS/ATS and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative, HR, onboarding, recruitment, or customer service experience is required.
• Experience supporting onboarding, recruitment coordination, employee records, or HR processes is required.
• Experience using HRIS, ATS, Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, or other cloud-based systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onboarding contact for candidates and new hires with timely updates and welcoming experience.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires: pre-employment communication, documentation, and day-one readiness.
• Prepare, distribute, track, and maintain onboarding materials and records per internal procedures.
