Job summary

Commonwealth Payroll & HR (CommPayHR) in Marblehead, MA, seeks an Account Executive to build relationships, win new clients, and expand services across payroll, HR, benefits administration, and timekeeping.

You will manage and grow existing client relationships, cultivate COIs for referrals, and partner with sales leadership to track activity and achieve monthly quotas within the annual plan. Strong communication and networking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Attract new clients to CommPayHR's services.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase retention and revenue.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) to generate referrals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas based on the annual sales plan.
• Partner with the Sales Leader to track activity, milestones, and scorecard metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to attract direct clients and expand COI network.
• Participate in professional networking groups and events to grow your professional connections.
