Job summary

Commonwealth Payroll & HR is seeking an Account Executive to build relationships and drive growth in payroll, HR, benefits administration, and timekeeping services. You will attract new clients and expand existing relationships within the Massachusetts business community.

Work with the Sales Leader to track activity, milestones, and scorecard metrics, collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, and participate in professional networking groups to grow your COI network and meet monthly quotas.

Responsibilities

• Attract new clients to CommPayHR's services.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase retention and revenue.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with Centers of Influence/COIs to generate referrals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas based on the annual sales plan.
• Partner with the Sales Leader to track activity, milestones, and scorecard metrics.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns to attract direct clients and expand the COI network.
• Participate in professional networking groups and events to grow your professional connections.
