Job summary

Commonwealth Payroll & HR (CommPayHR) is seeking an Account Executive to build relationships and drive growth in payroll, HR, benefits administration, and timekeeping services. The role is based in Marblehead, MA, with a focus on attracting new clients and expanding the COI network.

You will manage and grow existing client relationships, partnering with Marketing on campaigns and networking events to exceed monthly quotas and contribute to a thriving sales culture.

Responsibilities

• Attract new clients to CommPayHR's services.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase retention and revenue.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with (Centers of Influence/COIs) to generate referrals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas based on the annual sales plan.
• Partner with the Sales Leader to track activity, milestones, and scorecard metrics.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns to attract direct clients and expand the COI network.
• Participate in professional networking groups and events to grow your professional connections.
