Banner Health in Phoenix, AZ is offering a New Nurse Experience (NNE) residency for new graduate RNs. The program provides two pathways for growth across units, with mentorship by unit staff and educators, and a 12-month commitment on the assigned NNE unit.

Nurses work three 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, with strong professional development. Successful candidates will be mentored and supported through orientation, hands-on practice, and access to Banner’s Total Rewards

Competenze

• Recent or upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN is preferred - open to ADN at select locations.
• Current BLS card (through AHA, Red Cross, or ASHI) or ability to obtain before start date.
• No more than 12 months of RN experience.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care on the PCU 4D unit.
• Provide direct patient care and collaborate with a preceptor.
• Participate in orientation and e-learning modules.
• Document care accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Engage in professional development and demonstrate growth on the unit.
