Banner Health is pleased to offer the New Nurse Experience (NNE) residency program for new graduates in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time RN position supports you as you transition from student to professional nurse through mentored clinical experiences, simulation training, and structured competency checks.

You will be placed on a Banner Health unit with dedicated educators, with opportunities across pathways and leadership tracks.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred, ADN considered at select locations.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain before start.
• No more than 12 months RN experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transition from new graduate to licensed nurse through mentored clinical experiences.
• Participate in orientation and training in Banner Simulation Center.
• Engage in competency assessments and EHR training.
• Provide direct patient care on PCU unit with 12-hour shifts.
