The Banner Health New Nurse Experience in Mesa, AZ is a full-time RN residency program designed to transition new grads into competent, professional nurses. You will be mentored in units such as Med/Surg-Orth Spine 2C and participate in simulations and e-learning to build clinical skills.

Responsabilidades

• This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice.
• This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction.
• Core functions include assessing patient needs, reviewing history and diagnostics, coordinating discharge planning, and collaborating with the health care team.
