Banner Health is offering a New Grad RN Residency Program in Mesa, AZ. This full-time Registered Nurse position supports new graduates transitioning to professional practice with structured mentorship, state-of-the-art simulations, and multiple career paths within the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS card (through AHA, Red Cross, or ASHI) or ability to obtain before start date.
• No more than 12 months of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care aligned with policy.
• Develop and implement a care plan including discharge planning.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing activities with the care team.
