Job summary

Banner Health is offering a New Nurse Experience (NNE) program for new graduates in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on the 4th Floor. This full-time RN residency provides a structured, mentored environment to transition to a professional nurse, with diverse clinical experiences and a 12-month unit commitment.

Participants will be clinically mentored, exposed to the Cerner EMR, and have opportunities across career pathways, including leadership and non-bedside roles.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS card (through AHA, Red Cross, or ASHI) or ability to obtain before start date.
• No more than 12 months RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to patients in unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care.
• Document patient care and plans of care in the chart.
