Banner Health is seeking new graduate registered nurses for the New Nurse Experience (NNE) residency program in Sun City, Arizona. This full-time role supports transition from new graduate to competent professional through structured clinical mentorship in multiple units.

You will work a 12-hour shift pattern with weekend/holiday rotations, participate in simulation labs, and access Banner Health’s Total Rewards package including health insurance and PTO.

Formación

• Recent or upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN is preferred - open to ADN at select locations.
• Current BLS card (American Heart Association/Red Cross/ASHI) or ability to obtain before start date.
• No more than 12 months of RN experience.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care per standards.
• Support learning and development through the New Nurse Experience program.
• Provide patient-centered care across units as mentored by experienced staff.
