Banner Health invites new graduates to join its New Nurse Experience RN Residency Program in Sun City, AZ. This full-time position supports a transition from graduate to competent professional through a mentored, team-based learning environment with unit mentors and educators.

Successful candidates will stay on a designated NNE unit for at least 12 months, with three 12-hour shifts and weekend/holiday rotations. Benefits and career-path opportunities are provided.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association, Red Cross, or ASHI (or ability to obtain before start date).
• No more than 12 months of RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs and plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the care team.
• Document care and ensure policy compliance; participate in orientation and mentoring.
