Banner Health is offering a New Nurse Experience RN Residency Program in Phoenix, Arizona. The program helps new graduates grow from student nurses to independent, competent professionals within a supportive unit environment.

New grads are mentored on a Med/Surg – Pulmonary unit, with structured experiences and a 12-month mentorship plan. Most successful applicants will have recently graduated, possess a current RN license, and be prepared for night shift rotations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care is preferred and may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan discharge and care collaboratively.
• Develop and implement the nursing plan of care.
• Coordinate and supervise care across the health care team and ensure quality documentation.
• Evaluate patient progress and respond to changing needs.
• Mentor and contribute to unit education and protocol adherence.
