Banner Health is offering a New Nurse Experience RN residency in Wyoming to support new graduates transitioning to professional practice. The program provides a mentored learning environment with unit placement and precepted training.

Participants will complete competency assessments, training in the Banner Simulation Center and Cerner EMR, and be supported to pursue diverse career paths within the Banner health system.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Recent graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN is preferred; ADN open to select locations.
• No more than 12 months of RN experience.

Aufgaben

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care per standards of practice.
• Formulate and revise care plans, including discharge planning, with patient/family input.
• Provide direct patient care, coordinate and supervise the nursing team.
• Communicate patient status to care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Document care accurately in the patient record and ensure timely updates.
