Banner Health is offering a New Nurse Experience (NNE) RN Residency program in Phoenix, designed to transition new graduates into competent, professional nurses. Participants are mentored on a dedicated unit with structured learning, simulation, and hands-on patient care in a supportive environment.

The program emphasizes a 12‑month placement on the NNE unit, with orientation, state‑of‑the‑art simulations, and gradual responsibility across clinical scenes.

Formación

• Recent or upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred; ADN acceptable at select locations.
• Current BLS certification required or able to obtain before start date.
• No more than 12 months of RN experience.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs and plan discharge in collaboration with the care team.
• Develop and adjust the plan of care with input from patients, families and multidisciplinary staff.
• Implement and supervise nursing care per physician orders and unit policies.
• Document patient responses and outcomes and communicate changes to the care team.
• Mentor and support new grads and participate in unit-based education when applicable.
