Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC in Loveland, CO is seeking a New Grad Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shifts. The RN will provide and oversee medical services for a caseload of patients under supervision, coordinating treatment plans and discharge plans with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires CO RN licensure, CPR/First Aid, and EMR familiarity. Competitive hourly pay with shift differential is offered, along with full-time benefits and growth opportunities in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Colorado.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred).
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and care teams; communicate observations.
• Administer medications and educate patients.
• Develop and implement admission, orientation, and discharge plans.
• Monitor vital signs and document findings in the patient record.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and report maintenance needs.
• Oversee treatment plans and ensure timely documentation.
