Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking an Admissions Nurse (RN) for full-time work in Loveland, CO. You will oversee medical services for a caseload and coordinate master treatment and discharge plans for patients within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires RN licensure, CPR/First Aid, and experience with EMR systems, with a focus on safety, education, and high-quality patient care. The position offers a 4x8 or 5x8 schedule with competitive hourly pay of $33-$52, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state where services are rendered.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Current and nationally accredited CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of computer and electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred).
• Enthusiasm, passion for working with people, and an internal drive to improve the lives of individuals in our care.
• Must maintain applicable state licensure requirements throughout duration of employment.
• Ability to work with a diverse population along with interpersonal skills and knowledge required for treating patients in area of assigned specialty.
• Demonstrated ability to hold strong personal boundaries and ability to build rapport with patients.
• Must understand and adhere to the ethical standards of the respective licensure governing board.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and report observations to the multidisciplinary team as necessary.
• Administer medications to patients and engage in the education process.
• Use de-escalation skills to maintain personal safety for patients and staff.
• Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge plans to patients and families.
• Consult with the team in developing treatment and discharge plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report needs for repairs.
• Manage admissions and discharges of patients.
• Obtain vital signs, monitor symptoms and document in the patient record.
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and scope of licensure.
• Monitor patients to continually assess needs and coordinate interventions.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment planning items timely.
• Participate in the multidisciplinary team and maintain professional relationships.
• Maintain professional boundaries with patients at all times.
• Oversee quality assurance and compliance activities.
• Provide medical updates to utilization review and managed care.
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality.
• Engage in other clinically appropriate services and projects as assigned.
