Job summary

Northpoint Colorado (Adult inpatient) is hiring a NEW GRAD Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shifts in Loveland, CO. You will manage medical services for a caseload, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment. Compensation ranges from $33 to $52 per hour plus shift differential, with 3x12-hour day shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Colorado.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification current.
• Knowledge of EMR systems; KIPU preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Maintain licensure requirements throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and document observations for the treatment team.
• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Support safe patient care with de-escalation as needed.
• Develop and implement admission, orientation, and discharge plans.
• Ensure accurate documentation in patient records and care plans.
