Job summary

Northpoint Colorado (Adult inpatient) seeks a NEW GRAD Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts in Loveland, CO. The RN will provide and oversee medical services for a caseload of patients and coordinate treatment plans under supervision.

Responsibilities include medication administration, patient education, observation, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification (nationally accredited).
• Knowledge of computer and electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred).
• Enthusiasm, passion for working with people, and drive to improve lives in our care.
• Must maintain applicable state licensure requirements throughout employment.
• Ability to work with a diverse population and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients, observe behaviors, and communicate significant observations to the team.
• Administer medications to patients and engage in education processes.
• Use de-escalation skills to maintain safety.
• Provide admission, orientation, education, and discharge plans to patients and families.
• Collaborate with the team to develop treatment and discharge plans.
