Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a NEW GRAD Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts in Loveland, CO. The nurse will act as the medical treatment plan coordinator within a multidisciplinary team, under supervision of a RN or provider.

The role requires an active LPN license, CPR certification, and experience with EMR systems (KIPU preferred). Competitive hourly pay with shift differential is offered, along with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice (CO).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification current and nationally accredited.
• Experience with electronic medical records (KIPU preferred).
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain professional boundaries.
• Knowledge of nursing standards and licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Monitor vital signs and document findings in the patient record.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for treatment and discharge planning.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and report maintenance needs.
