Job summary

Northpoint Recovery in Loveland, CO is seeking a NEW GRAD Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts. The RN will oversee medical services, coordinate treatment plans, and liaise with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

The role emphasizes documentation, safety, and adherence to policies in an adult inpatient setting. The position requires active RN licensure, CPR/First Aid/AED, and knowledge of EMR systems (KIPU preferred).

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred).

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and document significant observations.
• Administer medications and educate patients as part of care.
• Utilize de-escalation skills to maintain safety for patients and staff.
• Provide admission, orientation, and discharge planning to patients and families.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on treatment and discharge plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report maintenance needs.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient progress in the chart.
• Comply with licensure and regulatory requirements.
