Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shifts in Loveland, CO. The RN will oversee medical services for a caseload, coordinate master treatment and discharge plans, and communicate with staff, providers and outside agencies to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include medication administration, patient education, documentation, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of computer and electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred).
• Enthusiasm and passion for helping people and improving lives.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and communicate observations to the team.
• Administer medications and participate in education with patients.
• Use de-escalation skills to maintain safety for patients and staff.
• Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge plans to patients and families.
• Develop treatment and discharge plans with the multidisciplinary team.
