Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a NEW GRAD Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shifts in Loveland, Colorado. The RN will provide and coordinate medical services for a caseload, work under supervision, and ensure timely documentation and patient safety.

The position emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, administering medications, and developing treatment and discharge plans. New grads welcome, with benefits including health coverage and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Colorado.
• New graduate RN welcome; ability to obtain CO license.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee medical services for a caseload of patients.
• Coordinate treatment plans and discharge plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and plans timely.
• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
