Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC in Loveland, CO seeks a NEW GRAD Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts (6pm-6:30am MST). Reports to the Director of Nursing and works with a multidisciplinary team to implement master treatment and discharge plans. Requires active RN license, CPR/First Aid, and EMR familiarity.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where services are rendered
• Must be at least 21 years old
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification current
• Knowledge of EMR systems (KIPU preferred)
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and a patient-centered approach
• Maintains licensure as required by state law
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain professional boundaries
• Adheres to ethical standards of licensure governing boards

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee medical services for a caseload of patients
• Administer medications and educate patients and families
• Apply de-escalation techniques to maintain safety
• Develop and communicate treatment and discharge plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on treatment plans and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and care activities
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and licensure
• Support quality assurance and compliance activities
• Provide medical updates to utilization review and managed care partners
