Job summary

Northpoint Colorado is seeking a NEW GRAD Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts in Loveland, CO. You will provide and oversee medical services for a caseload of adults in inpatient behavioral health treatment, coordinating treatment plans and discharge planning under supervision.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license in Colorado, CPR/First Aid certification, and experience with electronic medical records (KIPU preferred).

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification current.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred).
• Ability to work with a diverse patient population and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and multidisciplinary team to document observations.
• Administer medications and provide education to patients and families.
• Develop and implement admission, orientation, education and discharge plans.
• Monitor vital signs and document in patient records.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and licensure scope.
• Maintain a safe environment and report maintenance needs.
