Job summary

Northpoint Recovery is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time night shift in Loveland, CO. The LPN will oversee medical services for a caseload and coordinate the master treatment plan in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team under supervision.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting in the EMR, participating in discharge planning, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Colorado LPN license and CPR/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado LPN license.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification current.
• Experience with EMR systems (KIPU preferred).
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and educate patients.
• Observe patients and relay significant observations to the treatment team.
• Develop and communicate discharge plans with the team and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records.
• Support admission, orientation and treatment planning processes.
• Maintain a safe, clean and compliant clinical environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
