Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC in Loveland, CO is seeking a NEW GRAD Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day shifts. The role supports the Director of Nursing in delivering licensed nursing care to adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders within our behavioral health program.

You will administer medications, monitor patient status, document care, and participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Current and nationally accredited CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of computer and electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred).
• Ability to work with a diverse population and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients, observe behaviors and communicate significant observations to multidisciplinary team as necessary.
• Administer medications to patients and engage in education process.
• Utilize de-escalation skills to maintain safety for patients and staff.
• Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge plans to patients and families.
• Consult with multidisciplinary team in development of treatment plans and discharge planning.
