Northpoint Recovery in Loveland, CO is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time day shifts. You will support a multidisciplinary team, administer medications, monitor patients, and help develop treatment and discharge plans under RN supervision.

The role emphasizes patient safety, documentation, and compliance with licensure. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a schedule of 3×12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.

Qualificações

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of service.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification current.
• Knowledge of EMR systems (KIPU preferred).
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain professional boundaries.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with patients and communicate observations to the care team.
• Administer medications and provide education to patients.
• Use de-escalation skills to ensure safety for patients and staff.
• Develop admission, orientation, and discharge plans with the treatment team.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and care plans timely.
