Northpoint Recovery in Loveland, CO is seeking a NEW GRAD Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts. You will be part of the multidisciplinary team under the Director of Nursing, coordinating treatment plans and documentation for a caseload of patients.

This role requires a CO license, CPR/First Aid, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced inpatient setting. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $30-$39 plus shift differential, with alternating Sun/Mon/Tues and

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in CO.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records (KIPU preferred).
• Ability to work with a diverse patient population and maintain professional boundaries.
• Commitment to ongoing licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee medical services for a patient caseload.
• Coordinate master treatment and discharge plans with the team.
• Communicate with staff, providers, and outside agencies on treatment and safety.
• Perform duties per established care protocols and document promptly.
• Administer medications and educate patients and families.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report maintenance needs.
• Obtain vital signs and monitor patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with laws and licensure scope.
