Bandero Premium Tequila in Foxborough, MA is seeking a seasoned Market Manager to launch the brand across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine from Foxborough. You will build distributor networks, secure initial placements, and drive long-term sales momentum with retailers, bars, and on-premise accounts while traveling regionally.

The role requires existing New England relationships, tequila or spirits experience, and a hands-on, self-motivated approach to market

Qualifications

• Alcohol beverage sales experience in the New England market is required.
• Tequila or broader spirits industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Established distributor, retailer and on-premise buyer relationships within New England are required.
• Proven experience launching brands, opening new territories or building sales from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bandero Tequila’s launch across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.
• Develop launch strategies and sales plans for each market.
• Help identify, evaluate and establish relationships with the right distribution partners.
• Manage distributor relationships and work closely with distributor sales teams.
• Introduce Bandero to key retail, restaurant, bar, hospitality and entertainment accounts.
• Leverage existing buyer relationships to secure initial placements and build early market momentum.
• Open new accounts and develop a strong pipeline of on-premise and off-premise opportunities.
• Establish market-specific sales goals, programming and launch priorities.
• Conduct regular market visits, product presentations, staff trainings and account meetings.
• Coordinate tastings, launch events, promotional programs and sports-related activations.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, placements, depletion performance and reorder activity.
• Identify opportunities for displays, menu placements and regional chain authorizations.
• Provide regular launch updates, sales reports and competitive market insights.
• Collaborate with Bandero’s sales, marketing and operations teams to execute regional initiatives.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned five-state territory.
