Job summary

Analytichem USA is seeking a proactive Field Sales Manager to grow laboratory accounts in New England. You will build relationships, identify customer needs, and convert them into measurable results while spending significant time in the field.

You will report to the NA Sales Director and join a dynamic, globally connected team supporting environmental, research, and industrial applications. A scientific background and field sales drive are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of commercial or customer-facing experience.
• Scientific background in chemistry, biochemistry, environmental or related fields.
• Laboratory experience and familiarity with ICP workflows are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle; travel ~50% including trade shows.
• Nice to have: HubSpot CRM experience and ICP/environmental analysis familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes and follow up with customers in a timely, consistent manner.
• Follow up on open orders and advance opportunities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the territory.
• Conduct regular lab visits to strengthen relationships and uncover needs.
• Prospect via cold calling, account outreach and field activity.
