Job summary

Digitailor is seeking a Community Manager, New Development in New York to lead leasing, marketing and operation efforts during lease-up and stabilization.

You will oversee on-site staff, financials and resident relations, ensuring occupancy goals are met while protecting asset value. Strong knowledge of Entrata and MS Office is preferred, with remote collaboration capability and a professional, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years' experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residential law and resident relations.
• Working knowledge of property management software; Entrata is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Google platform.
• Ability to analyze a monthly financial statement and prepare budgets and operating forecasts.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects, with remote collaboration.
• Professional, neat appearance and client relations focus.

Responsibilities

• Establish leasing benchmarks and a strategic marketing plan to meet occupancy goals.
• Plan grand opening events and form partnerships with local businesses.
• Analyze market trends to adjust marketing strategy and stay competitive.
• Direct day-to-day operations including maintenance, leasing and safety.
• Manage cash flow, leasing strategy, and monthly financial statements.
• Ensure accurate lease data and maintain complete community records.
• Lead on-site maintenance staff, office team and leasing personnel.
