Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Community Manager to lead on-site operations, budget adherence, and leasing initiatives at a major property. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction while coordinating marketing, renewals, and staff performance.

The role requires 3+ years in student housing or multifamily management, 2+ years as a property manager, and a client-ready demeanor. Strong budgeting skills and tech fluency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management.
• 2+ years of property manager experience.
• Client-ready professional demeanor and presentation required.
• Detail-oriented with budget management and P&L ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple processes under stress.
• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs on-site and manage property performance.
• Oversee lease-up and operate within approved budgets.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency.
• Collaborate with staff to foster an entrepreneurial environment and high service levels.
• Build relationships with campus and community resources.
• Promote outstanding customer service through staff training and evaluations.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.
