Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager in New York to own the tenant programming experience for a commercial asset.

You will design and execute the event calendar, manage building communications, and build tenant relationships to create a sense of belonging and connection to the workplace. You will blend creative activations with operational rigor—managing budgets, coordinating logistics, updating the tenant app, and showing up for tenants in person at events and floor visits.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in community, hospitality, or customer-facing work.
• Experience designing and delivering tenant programs, events, or comparable hospitality work.
• Strong communications skills and content calendar management.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and relationships without dropping details.
• Strong tenant relationship skills: build trust quickly and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a dynamic calendar of tenant events focused on community and engagement.
• Manage all aspects of community events including budgeting, vendor management, and onsite execution.
• Oversee event marketing: updating the tenant app, signage, and building newsletter.
• Own the tenant experience app content, audience management, notices, adoption strategy, and local perks/partnerships.
• Support amenity spaces and build relationships with occupiers.
• Deliver on Surprise and Delight and monthly interaction standards.
